Democrat Confused by Efficacy of “Pulling and Shooting”

While it was in a sort of backhanded way, someone actually voiced praise for Bush on NPR’s ‘All Things Considered’ program yesterday. (Click the headline ‘Bush Pushes Medicare Drug Benefits Plan’ and fast forward to about 5:45 in the audio clip.)

Soccer mom Liz Stitely of Evanston, Illinois, a Democrat, is worried about terror attacks in America. She believes that, “President Bush wants us to be scared, because if we’re scared then all the war that he’s instigating, we will back him.” But later she continues, “The one thing about him that I think is kind of compelling as a leader is that Bush is gonna like pull and shoot, and while I don’t believe in pulling and shooting I think that, ya know, no one’s gonna call his bluff and in that way I think he’s got something, ya know, which I would never have said. Yeah, I don’t even know if I believe myself now. It’s very confusing.”

So while Ms. Stitely would prefer a world where it isn’t necessary to use force in self-defense, she’s strangely comforted when someone does it for her, in her name, but against her principles. It’s a very sad thing when a modern liberal’s relativistic principles cause her to disagree even with herself.

I'm try to imagine the befuddlement in the NPR editing room. "Should we pay it? I mean, she's kind of being positive about the president. Will are listeners stand for that?"

It IS confusing. I mean, I listen to NPR. I'm not a Neanderthal or anything but I want my kids to be safe. Baffling!

Let know one confuse the fact the GWB is a "pull and shoot" person.
This War on Terror, a result of horrible acts comitted on 9/11, is all this administration is riding on. Every person in America those days came together. Which includes the leader, which could have been anyone and would have acted in similar ways. Find out who, and take them out.

The top leadership of Al' Queda still remain at large.

Mid Swing during efforts in Afghanistan. GWB looks towards Iraq. And he did exactly what he markets himself to do. React to any Threat. Even one proven to be uncredible before reacting from the CIA.
And yes as he says the UN gave threatened him with Multinational War. But, Bush didn't Wait, he didn't exhaust that possiblity. No, we attacked Iraq and Began another Occupation of a foreign country, but this time the world didn't back us.
So now we fight on either side of Iran, which has come into the news recently for "possible" reported Atomic Weapon expirementation. Is this "source" as reliable as the one that informed us of Iraq's? GWB is looking at Iran now we all know what this leads too. Him pulling and shooting.

GWB would tell you one other thing. That John Kerry, "switches his convictions" He voted for the War then against the spending. Switching convictions is alot like changing your mind, which many of us do after thinking things through we don't just PULL AND SHOOT

I know the majority of the people voted against GWB in 2000 yet he Won with the state his Brother Governs, Huh Won't happen again

Call of the Dogs, Vote against Bush!
