Berg Photo

I will not watch the video, but we cannot run from the images. Here is a screen shot of Nick Berg.

I'd do anything to "take back" the abuses at Abu Ghraib prison. That treatment was absolutely wrong, and we must hold ourselves to a higher standard. Of course, we've apologized. We've held Senate investigations. We are holding courts-martial. We all know that we're not going to hear any apologies from these people or their superiors.
We are at war with religious nuts, this is what they look like. This is how they behave.

Recent reports suggest that voice analysis has identified the individual who murdered Nick Berg as none other than Ayman al-Zawahiri. Further evidence that the numbers of the forces of evil who continue to terrorize Iraq and thwart peace and prosperity there are few. Fewer, I'd be willing to bet, than the numbers of them who do so here, led by Senator Edward Kennedy.

My sentiments on the Abu Ghraib incidents and the disproportionate response to them match those of Dennis Miller. He said coalition soldiers have apparently been ordered that when it comes to Islamic militants, if you don't kill them you must treat them really, really well.
