This is cool! A Javascript goodie on the OpinionJournal.com site that let you pick the Red and Blue states. Then it totals the electoral votes.
This year we're taking advantage of the technology in a new way. Political cartography buffs have long been fascinated by those Electoral College projection maps, which show the states in which the two party nominees are leading. But what if your local paper publishes a map and you think it has a state or two wrong?Posted by jk at June 1, 2004 12:31 PM
Has anyone found a site that tracks state polls and then updates the electoral college maps?
All i ever see are national numbers, or local numbers (my case, PA/NJ/DE).
There ought to be some kind of website out there like that.
This site actually does have articles and current polls -- but it's up to you to pick the ones you trust.
You think W has a shot a PA this year?

James Carville said that except for Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, PA is like Alabama.
He didn't really say it in a nice way.
Go fig.
Yeah, guys from Louisianna can run down Alabama folk: "Hey, we're 48th, you're 49th!"
